The G4 Operator is the ultimate scout/sniper pack. The scabbard folds into the bottom of the pack when not carrying a long gun, and the remaining space is an excellent load bay for things as diverse as laptops, satcom gear, mortar rounds, and PRC-117 class radios. System includes a GSTC Butt Cover for the scabbard, and a pull-out rain cover sized for the full pack. The G4 features two front-loading compartments, which can be use as a combined space if bulkier items are being carried. Other features include multiple exterior pockets, a removable LP1 Fanny-Top go bag, and the Intex II tubular aluminium frame.
Guarantee
Eberlestock offer a Simple Lifetime Warranty. If an Eberlestock product fails under normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will either repair or replace it, at our option.
Their gear, like anything else, will eventually wear out. So, to apply common sense, “Lifetime” means that we guarantee their materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, but we do not guarantee it against wearing out.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, airline handling, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate, and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Please contact us on sales@ukmcpro.co.uk for a preliminary estimate before sending your product to us. We’ll ask you for pictures and a description of the problem, and then once we receive it we’ll give you a final quotation for the cost of repair (if different from the initial estimate).
Items returned for warranty service must be clean. Goods soiled with dirt, blood, or unknown substances may be refused and returned to the sender, or will be assessed a £40 cleaning fee.
Allow up to 12 weeks for your repair service.
Please include a note that explains the issue with your item. Mark areas of concern with masking tape.
All shipments are made from WELKIT LOGISTIQUE based in Guer Coëtquidan, in France. We ship your orders from Monday to Friday via Colissimo International, which will then pass your package to their UK partners, Royal Mail or Parcel Force, for delivery within the UK.
For all other shipments outside Metropolitan France, the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. Delivery fees will be displayed in your cart before payment of your order.
When purchasing from us for delivery to the UK, prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT and any potential customs fees will be due upon arrival in the UK and are not calculated by Welkit. These charges will be communicated and collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Please note, Welkit cannot predict these additional costs and is not responsible for them. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
