User Advice

  • During exertion: drink as regularly as possible from the beginning of exertion (every 5 to 10 minutes). Sip small quantity (5 to 10 cl each time) to avoid digestive disorders.
  • In recovery: consume as soon as possible after the end of exertion, to rebuild quickly the energy reserves (slowly drink 30 to 50 cl).
