Capable of projecting a grappling hook up to 45 meters with great precision, it stands out for its robustness and ease of maintenance, making it a preferred equipment for the most demanding missions.

The grappling hook launcher is powered by a rechargeable compressed air bottle, ensuring simple use without the emission of smoke, heat, or flash. This bottle can be recharged on any air compressor or using a diving bottle with a DIN fitting. The foldable Mark 3 grappling hook, included in the kit, can be combined with a range of accessories such as strap ladders, messenger lines, and ropes of different diameters, thus meeting the specific needs of each operator.

The Tactical Launcher Kit comes with a complete set of equipment, including an OTL63 launcher, a 500 cc pneumatic cylinder with valve, a side-mounted cartridge, a foldable Mark 3 grappling hook, a plastic projectile base, a set of ropes, a loading rod, a charging kit, a set of elastics, a spare O-ring kit, silicone grease, and a Peli case with inner foam. An OTL63 launcher user manual is also included to facilitate the handling of the equipment.
