General conditions of the "PRO Points" loyalty program

The PRO POINTS Loyalty Program (Hereinafter the "Program") is offered by Welkit sarl, a limited liability company, registered in the RCS of Vannes under the number 950 566 000 with its registered office located at 2525 Rue de Brocéliande 56380 Guer-Coëtquidan Bellevue FRANCE..

By joining the PRO POINTS Program, the person joining the Program (hereinafter the "Member") accepts the following terms and conditions (hereinafter "General Conditions") without reservation.

1. How and where to join the program?

The Program is accessible to individuals, adults with legal capacity and minors from 15 years old, subject to the presentation of authorization from their legal guardian.

To be able to join the PRO POINTS Program, the client must have or proceed to open a Welkit account.

Joining the PRO POINTS Program is free, and is done on the website

A client can only register for the program once. This membership is strictly personal and cannot benefit another person. The Member cannot give or lend their account to a third party. In case of doubt, Welkit reserves the right to request proof of identity from the account holder and/or not to award points.

The Program is dematerialized, no physical card will be sent to the Member.

2. What information do I need to provide to join?

In order to benefit from the PRO POINTS, the client must open a Welkit account and fill in the following fields:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • A valid email address
  • Proof of professional status
  • Whether or not they wish to receive Welkit communications

3. What are the benefits of the PRO POINTS Program?

When you join the PRO POINTS Program you:

  • Automatically receive 10 bonus points on your first purchase after joining.
  • Open a Welkit account and enjoy all the PRO advantages (preferential rates, fast delivery, easy returns within 30 days, etc...)

You accumulate PRO Points on the amount of your purchases and by performing different actions. It's simple:

  • 1 euro spent = 1 point
  • 1 product review = 5 points
  • Following us on Facebook = 20 points
  • Following us on Instagram = 20 points

Each point is valid for 12 months from its acquisition.

Welkit may offer, from time to time, commercial operations and/or "ephemeral missions" allowing Members to accumulate more points.

Welkit reserves the right to adjust the point accumulation mechanism if necessary, whether for permanent or ephemeral missions.

If Welkit were to end the Program or in case of deregistration by the Member, or even if the participation of the Member is removed by Welkit in accordance with these T&Cs, the points of the Member will be permanently lost.

You convert your points into purchase vouchers

Provided you have a minimum of 20 points and within the limit of 400 points per day, members have the possibility to use their points balance at any time to obtain a loyalty discount based on 20 accumulated points = 1 € discount. Thus, the discounts are freely decided by the members.

The points are nominative and valid on a personal basis. They can only be used on the site where they were earned. Consequently, a point earned on cannot be exchanged, used, or accumulated on the site or any other Welkit company site.

The discounts are valid without a minimum purchase, and are cumulative with other promotional operations except for Sales, French Days, Weldays, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. These discounts are not valid on the brands: Garmin, Infac, MX3, MOS Nutrition, Salomon, Tactical Foodpack, Peltor, ASP, 5.11 Tactical, Surefire, Camelbak, Clawgear, Arktis as well as on Welkit gift cards and books.

The use of points discounts is not valid on the purchase of Gift Cards.

The use of discounts does not generate points on a Gift Card.

Items acquired with a loyalty discount will be refundable on the net value paid (after discount). In the event of a refund, the points related to the discount will not be credited back to the account.

Other benefits

Welkit reserves the right to supplement the benefits included in the Program, notably through services offered by internal and/or external partners. These benefits are subject to the specific conditions of the Program as well as Welkit's general terms and conditions of sale.

4. Where can I use my points?

  • Your points can be viewed on: the website 
  • You can spend your points on the website

The accumulation of loyalty points is effective for purchases made after the Client's membership. Welkit is in no way obliged to allocate to the Client's PRO POINTS account, purchases made by the latter before their registration to the Program.

6. What happens in case of fraudulent use of my loyalty account?

In the event that you do not comply with the terms and conditions of the Program, or use the Program in bad faith, or if Welkit detects a fraudulent use of the Program through your identifiers, Welkit reserves the right to cancel your participation in the Program and you would no longer be able to benefit from the loyalty points acquired without Welkit being obliged to any compensation towards you.

If you notice any fraudulent activity on your loyalty account, you must notify Welkit without delay otherwise any activity observed on your account will be attributable to you.

7. Is it possible to unsubscribe from the PRO POINTS loyalty program?

The PRO POINTS loyalty program is a free service associated with the Welkit customer account. If you wish to no longer benefit from your loyalty account, you simply need to contact us.

8. Modification of these conditions

Welkit reserves the right to modify these Program Conditions or to end the Program at any time without having to justify its decision.

Any substantial modification of these will be subject to prior notification within a reasonable period, by the means of communication chosen by Welkit, to the Members.

9. Applicable law and dispute

These General Conditions are subject to French law.
