Delivery methods

Pick-up Point Delivery

  • Pick-up points: Mondial Relay (12,000 pick-up points in France)
  • Cost: 4.50€ or Free from 59€ purchase
  • Delay: from 3 days

Once you have validated your order, Mondial Relay will send you an email or SMS to notify you that your package is ready to be picked up at the selected pick-up point (it is advised to check the opening hours, as deliveries are generally not made on Mondays). You will have 14 days to pick up your order; beyond this period, it will be returned to

Do not forget to bring an ID to collect your order, or to give it to the person who will collect it on your behalf.

Home Delivery

  • Delivery mode: at home by Colissimo without signature
  • Cost: 6.95€ or Free from 59€ purchase
  • Delay: 24 to 48h

Once your order is dispatched, our carrier will inform you by mail/SMS about the delivery tracking (date, time slot...)

If you are absent and the package does not fit in your mailbox, the delivery person will leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve it from your post office.

Express Delivery

  • Delivery mode: at home by Chronopost with signature/code
  • Cost: from 10.95€
  • Delay: 24h

Military Postal Sector Delivery

  • Delivery mode: Hub Armées
  • Cost: 6.95€ or Free from 59€ purchase
  • Delay: varies according to the SP location

Any order shipped to a military postal sector located outside the EEC will be invoiced excluding VAT (shipping costs extra), provided you send us by email a Military Position Certificate (CPM) corresponding to the period during which you placed the order. Without this CPM, you will not be able to benefit from the VAT exemption.

As the prices indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT, the VAT refund will be made within 48 working hours after receiving your CPM.

Delivery modes and delays

Deliveries to SP can only be made via Colissimo. La Poste takes care of transporting your package from our warehouses in Guer to the Armies Post Office in Vincennes, which then takes over to deliver your package on site. This routing can sometimes be quite long as it depends on your distance and the frequency of military air shuttles.

ATTENTION since June 2003 any shipment of material containing a blade or an aerosol is prohibited on all military postal sectors.

Delivery outside Metropolitan France

We are able to ship your orders all over the world, whether in Europe, the DOM-TOM, or internationally.

For all shipments outside Metropolitan France, the amount of shipping costs is calculated based on the weight of the package and the country of destination. The shipping costs will be displayed in your cart before the payment of your order.

Delivery modes and delays

  • Colissimo Overseas (DOM-TOM): 5 to 7 days depending on the destination (excluding possible customs processing).
  • Colissimo International: 5 to 15 days (depending on the country of destination and excluding possible customs processing).

Tax & Customs Regulation

Customs clearance fees, dock dues, excise duties, and other additional charges resulting from the application of import rules specific to each country are the responsibility of the customer. These taxes cannot be calculated by and are not included in the final amount of your order.

Be careful to order products in accordance with the legislation of the recipient country. For our Swiss friends, for example, neither knives, batons, aerosols, nor any defense system are allowed.

Intra-EEC Shipments

In no case can a shipment be subject to a tax-free sale if the destination country is part of the European Union.

Shipments outside the EEC

For countries not part of the EEC, we make tax-free sales, meaning all items offered will be reduced by French VAT (20% or 5.5% for books).

Good to know: in some cases, the customer may be considered an importer and required to pay applicable customs duties, as well as the VAT of the destination country. cannot be held responsible for the application of these various taxes if applicable and will not be required to refund these fees.

Shipments to the DOM-TOM

The sale is made tax-free, however, in most cases, you will have to pay the specific tax to the DOM and TOM, which is the dock dues. This tax depends on the value of the package and will be billed by La Poste upon delivery of the package.

VAT Refund

The prices indicated on the site being inclusive of VAT, the VAT refund will be made within 48 working hours after the validation of your order.
