  Start the return process


You have a withdrawal period of 30 days from the shipment date of your order to return your purchase for a voucher or a refund.

*Except for safes and other items with special delivery.

Return conditions

  • A product does not match your order or simply does not suit you.

For your return request to be accepted, the product must be returned new, complete without any signs of wear, and in its original packaging. Accessories (power cable, optic protector, pouch...) sold with the product must also be present in the original packaging of the item. Ex: a pair of shoes cannot be returned with only its box or original packaging, an additional cardboard box or mailing bag will be necessary (the packaging must not have any tape marks). If these conditions are not met, the return of the merchandise will be considered non-compliant and will not be refunded or exchanged by Welkit.

  • The carrier delivers a damaged parcel or a broken product.

Open your package in front of the carrier and check its contents, if everything is not in order, refuse it and ask the carrier to return it to us, this is the simplest solution for you, we will take care of everything as soon as this package reaches us, and we will resend your order without any additional shipping costs.

  • A product is defective.

Important : the transportation of returned products is the responsibility of the customer. 

Return costs

A contribution to the return costs of 1.95 euros will be applied for the following countries: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Andorra. These costs will be deducted from the amount refunded. In case of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, the return costs will be at our expense.

Important : for returns from DOM-TOM and other countries inside and outside the EEC, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund or voucher

When your return entitles you to a refund or a voucher, it is equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s).

The refund is made on the payment method used at the time of the order, while the voucher is generated in the form of a virtual gift card.

The time to receive a refund or a voucher is 10 business days from the receipt of the return.

Important: outbound shipping costs are not refundable.

Abusive or non-compliant return

In case of abusive return or if the user has not read and followed the instructions above, the return of the product will be considered non-compliant and treated as such.

Product warranties

All products sold by Welkit are entitled to the application of legal warranties of conformity (articles L.211-4 to L.211-14 of the Consumer Code) under the conditions provided by law. This warranty applies to defects already present at the date of delivery of the product. You must implement the warranty within a maximum period of 2 years after the delivery of the good. 

Some products sold on our sites benefit from an additional commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer, whose duration is mentioned on the product page or the packaging of the concerned items. This warranty covers parts and labor but does not apply in case of misuse, deterioration, or negligence. 

The manufacturer's warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer, we do not carry out any repairs or replacement of parts ourselves, we can only put you in contact with the brand's warranty service.
