Bon conservation 5ans , a bien mois c'est noté 2024. L'emballage et parfait , le volume aussi , donc pour le cas ou ou pour la collation ,sa se range partout dans une poche additionnelle ou direct dans le sac.

Utile .

Je ne suis plus en "très grande forme" et , au cours de marche (ou d'exercices physiques) , j'ai une tablette en poche : cela me permet , en cas de fatigue , d'éviter un risque d'hypoglycémie.
Naturellement , je n'en abuse pas , mais cela me rassure .
Donc , en avoir sur soi ; et en user à bon escient .
