Très bien pour l'entrainement !

Indispensable pour s'entrainer: ne jamais utiliser votre garrot "réel" pour l'entrainement, ce qui rend ce garrot identifiable par sa couleur bleue très pertinent.

Parfait !

Un garrot doit être neuf quand on l'utilise, don il en faut un autre pour l'entraînement.
Celui ci est impeccable, strictement identique à la version classique mais en bleu pour bien le différencier.
