The G2 is a mid-sized pack with a full-width scabbard to better accommodate weapons with larger cross-sections or bulky optics. The wide scabbard also allows it to serve as an excellent laptop or military radio compartment, and because its also wide at the bottom, users have the option of carrying weapons butt-down or butt-up.
The G2 comes standard with our flat Intex-II frame system. To customize the character of your pack, the Intex II can be interchanged with either the AG2S Gossamer frame, or the AGIF Endo frame (sold separately), or can simply be removed, which effectively reverts the pack back to the traditional G2 platform.
Eberlestock offer a Simple Lifetime Warranty. If an Eberlestock product fails under normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will either repair or replace it, at our option.
Their gear, like anything else, will eventually wear out. So, to apply common sense, “Lifetime” means that we guarantee their materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, but we do not guarantee it against wearing out.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, airline handling, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate, and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Please contact us on sales@ukmcpro.co.uk for a preliminary estimate before sending your product to us. We’ll ask you for pictures and a description of the problem, and then once we receive it we’ll give you a final quotation for the cost of repair (if different from the initial estimate).
Items returned for warranty service must be clean. Goods soiled with dirt, blood, or unknown substances may be refused and returned to the sender, or will be assessed a £40 cleaning fee.
Allow up to 12 weeks for your repair service.
Please include a note that explains the issue with your item. Mark areas of concern with masking tape.
If the MP address is located outside the EEC, you can benefit from tax-free billing (excluding VAT), excluding shipping costs, provided that you send us by e-mail a Military Position Certificate (MPC) corresponding to the period during which you placed the order. Without this MPC, you will not be able to benefit from the VAT exemption.
For all shipments outside Metropolitan France, the amount of shipping costs is calculated based on the weight of the package and the country of destination. The delivery fees will be displayed in your cart before the payment of your order.

You have a 30-day withdrawal right from the receipt of your order to request a return of one or more items for an exchange (free), a credit note, or a refund (in the latter two cases, a contribution to the return costs of 1.95 euros will be applied for the following countries: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Andorra). In case of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, the return costs will be at our expense.
Important
For returns from the DOM-TOM, and other countries inside and outside the EEC, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
