All of the materials used, including the mosquito net, have been impregnated with Tantex insect repellent. This treatment provides long-lasting protection against insects such as mosquitoes, midges, ticks, ants, cockroaches, and mites. It is so repellent that they will not even sit on it nevermind try and get through. Despite this, the impregnation has been proven to be completely safe for humans. It is also kind to the skin, odourless, heat-resistant and washable (up to fifty washes). But it's not all about repelling, this hammock also has some excellent features that are sure to attract you. The compact pack size means you can take it with you pretty much anywhere and the low weight of only 550 grams doesn't add much to your load either. Whoever stretches out in this quality hammock will find themselves gently rocked to sleep, protected by the firmly sewed on mosquito net to stop unwanted bites throughout the night. The net comes with a zipped entrance and adjustable locking pin. Both sides of the hammock can be used allowing you the option of using with or without the mosquito net.
If you are worried about the mosquitoes being able to get to you from below then consider using a sleeping bag, hammock quilt or even a sleeping bag mat. The material selected by Amazonas does not let them through but it's always best to take extra measures to be sure.

Product Return
You have a 30-day withdrawal right from the receipt of your order to request a return of one or more items for an exchange (free), a credit note, or a refund (in the latter two cases, a contribution to the return costs of 1.95 euros will be applied for the following countries: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Andorra). In case of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect, the return costs will be at our expense.
