The Assault 20L backpack from Source Tactical is a state-of-the-art piece of equipment designed to meet the demands of field professionals. The 18L main compartment offers generous space for carrying various equipment, while the partitioned rear compartment is equipped with internal zippered pockets and mesh pockets to organize documents, pens, money, phones, or flashlights. The bag also includes an external zippered pocket for essentials such as a wallet and papers, ensuring immediate accessibility.

The integrated hydration system is a major asset of this model. The insulated hydration compartment can accommodate the WLPS reservoir with a tube that can be positioned on the left or right shoulder and features a drainage system at the bottom. An elastic nylon divider and flexible space even allow for the addition of a second reservoir if necessary. The included WLPS hydration reservoir is made of robust three-layer material, incorporating Glass-like™, Taste-Free™, and Grunge-Guard™ antimicrobial technologies to ensure clean and tasteless water.

Comfort is maximized thanks to the padded shoulder straps and padded back panel, which offer optimal support and ventilation. The 3D mesh on the back and shoulders enhances ventilation and heat transfer, while the independent suspension system with reinforced back panel ensures increased stability in motion. An adjustable waist belt and flexible abdominal strap also contribute to better weight distribution and enhanced stability.

For optimal equipment organization, the Assault 20L backpack is equipped with side compression straps to keep the equipment compact and stable, as well as lower straps that can accommodate rolled-up ground mats. Velcro spots allow for the attachment of patches and name tapes, and D-rings on the shoulder straps facilitate the attachment of additional equipment. Pull tabs on all zippers allow for easy handling, even in the dark or with gloves.

With dimensions of 46 cm in length, 20 cm in width, and 27 cm in height, and a total volume of 20L (plus 3L for the water reservoir), this backpack is both compact and spacious. Made of 1000 Cordura, 420 nylon, EVA foam, and PE, it weighs 1200 g, offering robustness and lightness suitable for the most demanding missions.
